Sorry I missed yesterday’s card!  I had a book signing 70 miles away and had MAJOR snow logistics – a foot of the white stuff fell overnight, my wiper blade broke, a lot of the roads hadn’t been ploughed yet, and it continued to snow most of the day.

But enough excuses!  Instead, today I give you TWO cards.

The naughty elves you see in the following are The Deadline Dames. We are a group of nine urban fantasy writers who will have a very exciting group website and blog, starting in January 2009.  I’ll post the web address as soon as it’s live.

The Dames are: Toni Andrews (me!), Keri Arthur, Jenna Black, Rina Elliot, Jackie Kesslar, Karen Mahoney, Devon Monk, Lilith Saintcrow, and Rachel Vincent.  I’m honored to be in such company!

The first card features Me, Jenna, Jackie, Devon and Rachel, and the second features Karen, Keri and Rinda and, because Lilith didn’t have a picture I could use, and I needed five elves, repeat performances from Devon and Jenna.  This worked out well because Devon has worked really hard to make the Dames a reality, and Jenna just LOOKS like a naughty elf!  Enjoy...
